• Question: is eczema a really bad disease or is it temporary

      No! I wouldnt say eczema is a really bad disease but it can be treated although not cured. It can get better as you get older. Most sufferers however have to keep their skin mositurised all the time and avoid triggers like certain soaps, perfumes and detergents.
