The density of the air is 1.19 g/L. That means that 1 L of air has a mass of 1.19 g under normal pressure and temperature conditions.

To calculate the mass of air yourself you can use this website and follow along 🙂

Air is built up of lots of different gases at any given time. A lot of it is Nitrogen, as well as the oxygen we breathe in and the carbon dioxide we breathe out.

All of these gases have different weights, so air does have a weight and it could vary from what type of air you have!
