Question: Are there any type of plastic polymers that can be destroyed or easily broken apart by salt water?

None that I know of at the moment!

There are biodegradable bags and degradable bags.

These break down either by using micro-organisms, or sunlight.

However, when they break down they are becoming little bits of plastic, which is another big issue!

When they are this size, animals can eat them and become very ill.

So many issues to do with plastic pollution!
