We don’t know the exact number and it’ll vary based on age, size, body mass etc. It’s a bit like trying to work out total number of cells in the body. Some scientist tried to work it out once and came up with 2.3 x10^12.
Here’s a good read to their experiment http://informahealthcare.com/doi/full/10.3109/03014460.2013.807878

what does 2.3×10^12. mean?
Tom commented on :
It means multiply 2.3 by 10 with 12 zeros behind it.
It’s 2.3 with 12 0’s behind it. so 23000000000000
