Everything with mass has gravity, its just only obvious with large things as gravity is a weak force. We believe mass is given to objects by the Higgs Boson (the things the LHC particle accelerator found). Things without mass do not exert their own gravity.
In short – having mass gives us gravity.
I can’t give a more complex answer without my brain melting!
I agree with Tom. I actually googled this and the website I found said nobody exactly knew why there was gravity and then went onto the theory of relativity.
I think now we are getting into degree level quantum mechanics and quantum gravity where all sorts of crazy things are. But essentially I think the answer is yes there will always be gravity its just really really small.

Would i be right in saying gravity is always there even if there are objects to use?

I didn’t think anyone actually knew where gravity comes from but looks like I could be wrong!
