• Question: is there any way to prevent bad dreams?

      There is no way that is 100% certain to prevent bad dreams, but one of the things that causes nightmares is stress. So, if you’re very stressed out, try and find a good way to relax before you sleep. This might be talking to your friends or family about what’s on your mind, watching a nice film or listening to your favourite music, doing some exercise or writing lists of what you need to do to solve the problem that’s bothering you. There are lots of ways to feel more relaxed, you just need to find one that works for you 🙂
